Call for Proposal

As part of the GIZ funded Private Sector Development Program (PSDP), Palestinian tour operators can apply for a long-term product development and marketing consultancy in selected target markets and regions. Application deadline is September, 20th 2018.

The Private Sector Development Program (PSDP), implemented by GIZ in the Palestinian Territories and funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to strengthen the economic development in the Palestinian Territories by improving the competitiveness of the Palestinian private sector.

PSDP supports MSMEs in selected sectors (tourism, IT, food processing, and Fairtrade) in the West Bank and Gaza. PSPD’s key objective is to increase the contribution of the tourism sector to Palestinian Economy and Employment.

Together with the Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association (HLITOA), GIZ published a call for proposal for Palestinian tour operators to participate in a long-term product development, marketing, and sales-generating consultancy.

Eligible to apply are licensed Palestinian tour operators operating under Palestinian or Israeli law. Applications of consortia of at least one Palestinian tour operator and other tourism suppliers, service providers, associations, NGOs or individuals are also welcomed.

The deadline for application is September, 20th 2018.
