Job Announcement: Reservations & Communication Coordinator
(Temporary Position – Contingent Upon Funding)
Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association “HLITOA” is seeking a Reservations & Communication Coordinator to support the operation of an online reservation system and ensure effective communication with tour operators, guides, and internal teams. This is a temporary position contingent upon receiving funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage names and contact information for authorized users of the online reservation system.
- Enter data accurately and ensure no duplications.
- Receive and confirm online group reservations according to daily and weekly schedules.
- Prepare daily entry lists.
- Communicate final group lists, timings, and updates to ground and entrance teams.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and delays, and ensure timely communication with all relevant staff.
- Maintain accurate digital and printed records of reservations.
- Serve as the main contact for tour operators and guides.
- Ensure clear, timely, and well-documented communication.
- Support the Entrance Coordinator during peak periods or staff absences.
General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in coordination, hospitality, or tourism operations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work weekends or variable shifts.
- Professional attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
